Theft of Wooden Posts in Rowland - Can you offer any information?

We are appealing for information following a theft in Rowland.

Over recent months numerous wooden posts have been removed and stolen from the grassed area as you entered the village of Rowland (as shown in image).

With the thefts taking place in January, February and now in May, this being the Wednesday 13th.  

Each time they have been replaced, they have eventually been stolen again!
